ABSTRACT

Because of the widespread development and application of rapid response system (RRS) in medical institutions in developed countries, such as Europe, America and Australia, the clinical adverse events (cardiac arrest, accidental death, etc.) in hospital patients have been reduced and improved. Meanwhile, the hospitalization rate and mortality rate of intensive care unit in hospital patients have been reduced, thus shortening the hospitalization time and reducing the medical expenses. Nevertheless, RRS is still in the exploration stage in our country. Therefore, the article reviews the RRS model and application development.

ABSTRACT

The teleconsultation model of the National Telemedicine and Connected Health Center is cited as an example, to study the pricing formulation of video teleconsultation. This refers to the pricing composed of such four parties as the inviter′s hospital, invitee′s hospital, technical support, and business operation. Based on such pricing standard, teleconsultation charges can be collected. From 2015 to 2017, the annual applications of teleconsultation is on the rise year by year. Such pricing has been accepted by patients at large, as it embodies the value of each party, and ensures the long-term running of telemedicine system. Therefore, this pricing formulation could be a referable model for the localities to formulate their teleconsultation pricing.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of nesfatin-1 (NSF-1) on T-type Ca2+ channel currents in adult mouse dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons and possible signal transduction mechanisms involved. Methods We measured the expression of melanocortin 4 receptors(MC4-R)in mouse DRG by using western blotting analysis. The whole-cell patch clamp technique was used to record the effects of NSF 1 on T-type Ca2+ channel currents in small DRG neurons and several ligands were experimented to further clarify relevant signaling pathways. Results MC4-Rs were abundantly expressed in DRG neurons.NSF-1 enhanced T-type calcium channel currents in a dose-dependent manner in small DRG neurons in mice.NSF-1 mediated increment of T-type calcium channel currents was blocked by the MC4-R antagonist HS024,phosphokinase C antagonists GF109203X,and chelerythrine chloride, while the blockade of phospohokinase A PKI 6-22 elicited no such effects. Conclusions NSF-1 can enhance T type calcium channel currents in small DRG neurons through an MC4-R-dependent PKC signaling pathway.
